Venue and Event Partners. We may share your information with concert venues, promoters, ticketing companies, and event organizers in connection with live performances, tours, meet-and-greets, fan experiences, and other events.

Sponsors and Brand Partners. We may share your information with sponsors, brand partners, and licensees in connection with endorsements, sponsorship arrangements, branded content, merchandise collaborations, and promotional activities.

Social Media and Fan Engagement Platforms. We may share your information with social media platforms, fan clubs, and community engagement services to facilitate artist-fan interactions, contests, and promotional activities.

We may also disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:

Business Transfers. If Sharp Entertainment  is acquired by, merged with, or invested in by another company, or if any of our assets are or may be transferred to another company, whether as part of a bankruptcy, assignment for the benefit of creditors, insolvency proceeding or similar financial circumstances, we may transfer the information we have collected about you to the other company. As part of the business transfer process, we may disclose certain of your information to lenders, auditors, and third-party advisors, including attorneys and consultants.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OPT-OUT PROCEDURES

You have various options to “opt out” of receiving information from us and our marketing partners. For example, you can opt-out from our newsletters by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message. If you no longer want to receive third-party email offers that you requested through the Service, simply follow the advertiser’s unsubscribe link or opt-out instructions that should be included in every commercial message you receive.

·      Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Information.  You have a right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information about you.  We also encourage you to check the settings in our apps and websites.  Some personal information can be directly changed or corrected by you.

·      Right to Opt Out of the Sale of Your Personal Information. You can tell us not to sell your personal information according to applicable law.  

·      Right to Limit Use of Your Personal Information for Targeted Advertising. You can ask us not to use or disclose your personal information for targeted advertising. Even if you opt out of targeted advertising, we will continue to collect and use data for other purposes.  We do not use or disclose for targeted advertising for personal information of individuals we know to be children as defined by applicable law.

You can tell us not to “sell” your personal information or limit the use of your personal information for targeted advertising by clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of the Service. The Service also responds to Global Privacy Control signals where appropriate.

We do not use or disclose personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you without either your explicit consent or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Please be aware that Sharp Entertainment, its advertisers, business partners, sponsors, service providers, and other third parties accessible through the Service (such as via links from our websites and/or framed on our websites) may collect information about you pursuant to their own privacy practices. In addition, we maintain a presence on social media sites, which may collect information directly from you. Sharp Entertainment has no control over these parties and is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of our databases or sites, nor can we guarantee that information will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

 

DATA RETENTION

We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. CHILDREN

This Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age.  No one under the age of 18 may provide any personal information to or on the Service.  We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 18.
